These types of loans are our bread and butter. They are for investors looking to purchase, renovate, and then sell or refinance the property. Most of these are 6 – 9 months, but longer terms are available.
These types of loans are for wholesalers needing funding to double close transactions. These are essentially funding for 1 business day
This is similar to our Fix and Flip loans, but designed for short-term scenarios. Most of these scenarios are 30 days or less.
Do you have a note portfolio you need to leverage on or against? We have options for this and relationships with a variety of outlets to help source competitive debt.
We have a specific product for investors who want to purchase raw land then sell with owner financing. We uniquely allow our 1st lien to remain in place; this gives time for the investor to sell or collateralize the note to pay off our lien.
Do you need long-term debt? We can assist in custom consulting for a variety of products and outlets for the most competitive, long term financing that will meet your specific needs.
We currently only lend on properties in Texas. We do have some partnerships for out of state projects, so please reach out if you have something we can possibly help with.
At this time, we only work with 1st lien positions. We do however, allow for 2nd liens for down payments on our loans in unique situations with qualified borrowers.
